No, but I do offer clients who are paying full price for 1:1 Coaching a 3-month discounted price for my monthly training membership.

Does 1:1 Nutrition Coaching come with a meal plan?

No, I do not offer meal plans, as it is out of my scope of practice. I help my clients learn how to build balanced meals that fit their lifestyle and goals. I have plenty of resources, recipes and guides available to help with this as well!

How long after I apply will I receive feedback?

You can expect to hear back from me within 48 business hours.

How long does 1:1 coaching last?

I require a 3-month minimum commitment for all 1:1 coaching clients. Many clients choose to continue beyond that, depending on their goals and the level of support they need.
